Welcome our page dedicated to the Friends of Holy Cross (FHC).

Our FHC meets several times each year and consists of parents and staff of the school. The main aim of our FHC is to raise extra money for school funds. This money is used to buy resources and provide experiences which benefit all our pupils, therefore, we would encourage anyone who is interested to get involved. The meetings are held on Thursday nights (7:30pm) and new members are always welcome.

The FHC makes an invaluable contribution to the life of our school. We would like to extend an open invitation to all our meetings, the dates of which will be detailed on our website.

We our always open to new and innovative ways of raising money.

FHC AGM is via ZOOM

Our FHC AGM is via ZOOM and we would be delighted to have your company and your voice in the following elections.  We, as Friends of Holy Cross, are exceptionally proud of our achievements for the Primary School and the Community, especially the overwhelming support we would receive at our events.  In order to continue our amazing teamwork, it is vitally important that we meet and support each other, because without Friends, we will no longer be able to avail of substantial funding and advice, especially now that we have the golden opportunity to become a Charity.

So, if you are interested in becoming a member of the Committee or wish to be a 'Friend' that lends a hand whenever it is possible, I would be delighted to hear from you.  Just to reassure you that support and advice will be given at all times.  We have an amazing team and no one feels overwhelmed with tasks, because we all share in bite sizes.  The attached documents are guidelines for when we first started 4 years ago, We adopted the advice and we tweaked it so that we were all empowered and supported each other.
