Holy Cross PS Atticall Concern Cheque presentation £2040.00
Primary 4, 5, 6 and 7 children in Holy Cross Primary School, Atticall, took part in a sponsored walk in Silent Valley last week to raise money for the Concern Worldwide Emergency Appeal. The children raised £2040.70, which was presented to Mr Eoin Duffy, a concern representative last Friday. Mr Duffy said he was very impressed with the children’s efforts and gave the children a presentation on how these much needed funds would be put to use. Holy Cross would like to express their sincere thanks to all the families and friends who supported this cause and helped to make the event such a success.
